Elvis's house in Dublin was sold today, for approx. $1.3M US.

Listed for 1.3 million pounds and sold for 1.3 million dollars. They must have been anxious to move it for half price!

As reported elsewhere, it was 1.3M Euro so the conversion is near 1:1. Someone correct me if this is wrong...
